Our body is designed to be healthy, strong and stable. Its needs are actually very simple but modern-day distractions may prevent us meeting even basic requirements. When imbalance exists over a long period of time, disease is inevitable.

  • Drink enough water

  • Eat a plant-based diet supplemented with good-quality meat and fish

  • Eat 2-3 healthy meals per day

  • Make sure your diet consists of adequate fibre
